The basic accounts for payment are
cable TV, phone, electric, exterminator, pool service, gardener, and
repairman. Other accounts are determined by individual requirements.
Each month you will receive an itemized statement including original invoices from the utility and maintenance companies. We will inspect your property on a regular basis and send you a report. If the condition of an item warrants repair or replacement, together we will determine the best course of action to accomplish this. Island Villas' has a working relationship with competent repairmen who respond quickly when contacted. |
